Bullying

Mobbing

People commonly use bullying to attack individuals they think of as unpopular. Reasons for bullying include mistrust, extreme competitiveness and false ambition.

Bullying in the workplace includes the victimisation of an individual, including:

• Spreading false rumours
• Assigning them pointless tasks
• Criticising them constantly
• Excluding or isolating them
• Or, in extreme cases, threatening them with violence

If any of these are occurring in your work place, it is high time to take action. Such conflicts can cost both nerves and money. Depending on your need, we will help you stop falling victim to bullying or show you how to prevent bullying among your employees.

that causes him to fight:
competitiveness, desire of glory,
and diffidence.“
